If you’re as excited as me about Summer, you welcome Spring with open arms (that’s until the allergies hit….but that’s a different post altogether). I can’t think of anything better than to plant, plant, plant! So what to plant? Well, here’s a couple of markers I’ve created with the stuff I LOVE to plant during this time of the year. I have not started yet since I’ve been busy painting.

To access my artwork in watercolor which I’ve turned into markers, you can click here or bottom of this post.

As always, I love sharing with you guys and I love you sharing my stuff too but please consider including a link back to my site.  Thx! 🙂

Materials needed:

  • Mod Podge
  • Glaze coating (can buy it at any hardware store or craft store)  I got mine at Dick Blick.
  • Pictures of plants or the artwork I provide you with…see below
  • Spoons

Coat the spoon with ModPodge.

Next, place picture on the spoon.  Gently press lightly until air bubbles and creases around the edges flatten out.

Spring Planters

Apply a layer of Mod Podge to top of paper.  Cover completely.

Let dry completely and then apply a clear coat of clear gloss glaze to protect from rain.
